As you enter the apartment you are flooded by natural light and high ceilings. The living space is very comfortable and calming with a natural color palette and classic decorations. Right off of the living space is the spacious dining room and kitchen. Perfect to cook and eat homecooked meals at in case you don’t feel like going out. Continuing through the apartment you will find the bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Right off of the main bedroom is an extra room with another double bed. Off of the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second bathroom is next to the bedroom and living space with a luxurious glass shower. To top it all off this apartment is complete with an amazing and spacious balcony making you feel like you are a part of the Florentine rooftops. If you want a great location and comfortable apartment to come home to, Sprone Terrace is the one for you!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 AM, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 3:00PM

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 7:00PM -9:00PM 20 EURO | 9:00PM -11:00PM 40 EURO| 11:00PM - 01:59 AM (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00AM on request

When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract. Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the services our company will provide to make your stay as smooth as possible. We will be on hand to offer you the support needed to access and enjoy the rented property
