Apartments Florence - Matilda's Dream

The apartment is spread on a single level along a hallway. Upon entering, on the left, you’ll find the first double bedroom, featuring a spacious wardrobe and a view over the rooftops of Florence.

Continuing on the same side, there is the second double bedroom, decorated in olive green tones, that offers plenty of storage space for personal belongings. Further down, you reach the dining area, which is made of a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant 6 table seats. From the kitchen, you can access a charming balcony overlooking the city’s rooftops, with a glimpse of the Duomo’s dome and Palazzo Vecchio.

Located on the third floor (no elevator)

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 AM, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 3:00PM

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 7:00PM -9:00PM 20 EURO | 9:00PM -11:00PM 40 EURO| 11:00PM - 01:59 AM (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00AM on request

When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract. Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the services our company will provide to make your stay as smooth as possible. We will be on hand to offer you the support needed to access and enjoy the rented property
