A stylish flat on the third floor of an elegant building located on the Lungarno with an extraordinary view of the river and a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce. Biblioteca apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfect for accommodating 5 people.

Guests are welcomed by a small entrance hall that leads directly to an enchanting living room flooded with light from the three French windows overlooking the Lungarno, which provide a unique and incomparable view of Florence. The spaces are tastefully furnished and designed to welcome guests in an extraordinary setting. The floor is completed by a large, entirely renovated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a 6 seats table and a double bedroom.

A modern and stylish design staircase leads to the sleeping area. Here is situated a cozy single bedroom with a practical en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a delightful pocket terrace with a stunning view of the National Library. The rest of the floor is devoted to the magnificent master bedroom, which also has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The room is extremely spacious and bright, furnished with refinement and with access to an extraordinary large balcony with pergola, table and chairs, ideal to enjoy the stunning view of the river.

Perfect apartment, excellent service

The apartment is beautiful. It’s spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location. It’s the perfect place to call home while in Florence! Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman checking us in helped us recover my son’s passport that had fallen out of his pocket in the taxi. We were so incredibly grateful for his help, going above and beyond to contact the different taxi services (we couldn’t recall which one we had been in), and helped us coordinate retrieval.
