The air conditioning worked great. The room was very clean. The location was great as it was just a short walk to the train station. The host answered us right away when we needed assistance which was very helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Marissa was very pleasant. Very modern and clean space. Great location, very close to the train station. Bed was comfy and air conditioning was good! Overall a fantastic stay! Would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when we are in town.

Check in was smooth and easy. Location was great. Room was small but adequate. Pillows were old and uncomfortable and should be updated as should all the bedding. Regardless, the price was right.

Hello, I am contacting you to formally report serious problems with the accommodation I booked through Expedia. The apartment has a significant ant infestation, especially in the bathroom and dining area, which affected the cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality of our stay. This situation caused considerable stress and anxiety for my child, who has ADHD, and he did not want to use the bathroom or enter the dining area. The bathroom drain was also clogged, causing water to remain standing in the shower area and creating an unsanitary condition. In addition, the accommodation did not match the photographs or description on Expedia. I booked and paid for a deluxe room advertised as including a terrace, but the property we received had no terrace. I selected this accommodation based on the amenities and images shown in the listing, so the actual conditions were extremely disappointing. I am requesting that Expedia formally review this case and provide an appropriate partial refund due to the ant infestation, plumbing issue, distress caused to my child, and missing advertised terrace. I have photographs and videos showing the ants, standing water, and absence of the terrace. Please open a formal complaint and provide me with a case or reference number. Thank you.

Air freshener in room was overpowering. Bathroom ventilation was non-existent, the bathroom stayed wet from one hot shower for the duration of the stay. Bathroom fan doesn’t ventilate bathroom and actually tripped multiple times causing power failure for the entire BnB.

I honestly hated this place from the moment I walked in. The fact that the towels and bed covers aren’t white were a red flag. The towels felt old, the room wasn’t clean. The washroom didn’t have any toiletries or hand soap. I had to message them to let them know we didn’t even have body wash or shampoo, or hand soap to wash our hands. We had to wait till the next day to receive it. The washroom is so small and feels so dirty. Also when sleeping at night you hear people come in and out or closing and opening their doors, almost felt like someone was breaking into our room each time.

Kusina og jeg booket oss inn her et par netter i september. Verten var veldig imøtekommende, hjelpsom og serviceinnstilt. Enkel innsjekk med en lang og god beskrivelse av hvor man kunne finne nøkkel. Da vi kom inn fikk vi et rom i en gang med flere rom. Eget bad. Sengen var god og vi hadde aircondition, Tv og kjøleskap. Litt dårlig belysning og fjernkontrollen virket ikke da batteriene var oppbrukt. Kort vei fra togstasjonen, men litt i "feil retning" fra resten av byen/sentrum.
