Located in a quiet street with no traffic, the house is very pleasant and welcoming. The apartment consists of a large double bedroom, a nice living room kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. Apartment was very clean and apartment manager was very kind let is check our bags early. Location was amazing. Next to pointe Vecchio and also very close by to market and all other attractions. Location was probably the best experience our stay. Walking distance to train station making it where we did not pay for expensive taxis. Thank you and would definitely recommend to stay.

Wonderful Firenze!

The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and options nearby. A short walk to the Santo Spirito district. The apartment is well appointed and has two inverters to keep the temperature just right. Just hop out on the street and enjoy Florence!

Perfect location for a Florence trip

The apartment is right in the center of the city about a 10 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and a 10 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella station. Everything was very clean and nicely set up. We were surprised to find an elevator in the building as well! Check in and out was quick. We loved the time we spent in Florence!

I loved my stay in this charming Florence flat! As a single woman traveler, feeling safe is top priority and this place was perfect! Private, locks on everything and in-person friendly checkin. Lovely weekend in Florence

This was an excellently located, clean, and quiet flat. The air conditioning was so welcome in the hot summer. The flat was immaculate and well-appointed. Our only trouble that there was not enough bedding for the soft bed, but we made due with what we could find. If we had been there a second night, I would have contacted the owner. They were very responsive. I just wish the bedding at been there right at first. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was really nice and close to the train station and very central with a lot of dining options nearby. Madeline was on-time to receive us and walk-thru the apartment. She was very responsive to questions. The sofa bed was not that comfortable, but manageable for one or two nights stay. Being in the central location (nearby bars), it gets a little louder late in the night (during weekends) if you are sleeping in the sofa-bed (living room). This is just information for people looking to use the sofa bed.

The location was amazing. Communication was great. Heating was an issue. It took 2 days to bring the heat to a comfortable temp. No wash cloths, no kitchen towels. Bed was okay but not great. Blind in bedroom didn't work. Shower is not way too small. No smart TV, so no streaming in English for my 2 week stay.However, the place was clean which was a plus.

We loved our stay at this cute apartment it was near all the things we wanted to see and Erica, the property manager was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions to local museum ect. My only suggestion would be to fix the outside noise coming from the bedroom window. It’s either the roll up blind or aircon. This was only a problem on our last night. Another wee suggestion is maybe invest in some nice bedding . The bed itself is super comfortable. We would definitely book again .we give this place a 9/10 and Erica a solid 10!

The apartment is located in a great location, as you can get to any of the prime areas of Florence within a 15 minute walk The actual apartment was a bit of a disappointment. The pics in the add are very generous. The apartment is very small, the sofa is not clean, the bedroom windows cannot be opened. The heat was also an issue as the first two nights we were without heat and it was quite cold at night. We were ultimately given the ability to adjust the heat. Communication was open and honest and that was a plus.

The apartment is in an excellent location within mins to everything, and is large and comfortable with a full kitchen and washer. It’s a charming solid character building with a lift and security door. Furniture isn’t anything great but bed was very comfortable and linen was quality and clean. Shower was the tiniest ever!! couldn’t even turn around, and no where to put ANY wash products?? It is very good value for money aside from the shower. Pity the check-in process is so second rate - hassled with many messages from the host beforehand to line up a meeting time for check in, only to then have to wait 30 mins in the rain on the street with the host saying she had other apartments to check in at the same time??? There really could be a better system eg pick up the key from nearby business or cafe.

Beautiful, convenient, but some concerns…

We stayed three nights at the apartment in Florence. It was as described with listed amenities and a convenient location. However, the black mould in the air conditioning unit in the bedroom is of a serious concern. We first thought it was dust however upon further investigation it is black mould. The unit also is missing some items such as kitchen towels, bidet towels, and kitchen basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. Our biggest concern is the black mould that people are being exposed to, it requires actual remediation, not just a wipe down to make it look like there’s no problem. Considering the nightly coat and it’s a professionally managed unit, these concerns shouldn’t exist.
