This solution includes four independent apartments distributed over two consecutive floors (second and third floor, no elevator), designed for group stays in the heart of Florence.

They are located in an elegant historic building right in front of the Basilica of Santa Croce – one of the most charming corners of the city. In total, there are 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with shower, and 4 fully equipped kitchens, accommodating up to 22 guests.

The spaces are ideal for large families or groups of friends, offering the freedom to stay together while still having your own private area to relax.



The apartments on the second floor each feature a double bedroom or a French-bed bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a fold-out double bed, and a private bathroom with shower.

The apartments on the third floor each include two double or French-bed bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and a fold-out double bed, and 2 private bathrooms with shower. The largest apartment also has a loft with two additional single beds.



Included amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen, and everything you need to cook and feel at home.



Our apartments are located in the lively Santa Croce area, right in the heart of Florence’s historic center. With windows facing the left side of the Basilica of Santa Croce, the apartments are just 30 meters from the square, offering a truly unique and atmospheric view.

This exceptional location allows you to reach most of the city’s iconic attractions on foot. Just 20 meters from the apartments, you will find a Carrefour supermarket, ideal for any necessity. The area is also rich in restaurants, bars, and venues, offering a wide variety of options to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, aperitifs, or casual meals.



The nearby Santa Croce square is not only home to the magnificent Basilica, but is also a vibrant hub of cultural and social activity. Throughout the year, it hosts numerous events and festivals, including the charming Christmas market, held every December, where you can immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere and discover unique gifts, crafts, and seasonal products.



For an even more authentic Florentine experience, don’t miss the Sant’Ambrogio Market, just a three-minute walk from our apartments. Famous for its selection of fresh local products—fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and cheeses—it is a beloved spot among residents. The market is open from Monday to Saturday until 2:00 pm.
