Nice and cozy apartment a stone's throw from the train station and all the tourist attractions of magical Florence. Consisting of triple bedroom, living room and kitchenette. The en-suite bathroom has all the necessary services: shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Air conditioning, fast Wifi. Just one flight of stairs with no elevator. Thanks to its strategic position, this space easily reachable by any means of transport offers quick access to all local attractions.
Space
The apartment is located in a context of historic popular houses in the beating heart of Florence. For this reason, the guest may be surprised by the small entrance door and the modest stairs (albeit in Florentine stone) that lead to the entrance door located on the first floor. Its interior, completely renovated, modern and functional, repays and satisfies every expectation. However, the restoration deliberately respected the originality of the construction as much as possible, allowing the guest to grasp the historicity of the environment and appreciate it.

Getting around the area
The historic center in which Palazzuolo House is located does not require public transport to get around, all the main attractions can be easily reached on foot. If you want to take a carriage ride you can ask the coachman to let you off right in front of the house!
If you have arrived by car, you can easily leave it in the nearby private garages which relieve you of all worries.

The directions from the train station to the rental were perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were extremely helpful with a small need that they took care of within minutes. The apartment is on the second floor and the steps are steep and require care to not slip when going up and down. The location was very close to great restaurants and pubs. We liked Joshua Tree Pub for cocktails and beers which was a few steps from the rental.

Quite central ,short walk from train station ,its near small supermarkets and restaurants, enjoyed living in flat, would definitely return if or when we return to see more of this beautiful city. Owners instructions info pack helpful if needed.

Absolutely perfect!
The perfect location and a HUGE apartment considering how amazing the location is. Quick walk to everywhere in Florence. The bed was so comfy, air conditioning worked phenomenally, no complaints at all! Made the trip to Florence that much more amazing!

Perfect Location!
Very nicely done. The location was perfect~ close to the train station and totally safe friendly neighborhood. It is as pictured. Perfect for two adults.

Convenient Location
The property was a short walk to the train station. This made it easy upon our arrival from the airport and easy to travel to other places outside of Florence. It was also an easy walk to the historic downtown area and all the attractions including restaurants, cathedrals, museums, the Arno river and the duomo.
