"The building is older but the beds and water pressure was amazing. Only two floors and the hallways are extra patted so you can't hear ppl. Breakfast was a good."

"Working in the area. It was great to be able to sit on the porch after work and read a book with no one bothering me. Going to sleep to the sounds of the river outside the window was awesome. Kitchen, bathroom, bed etc were all excellent."

Just outside Durango
"We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here ..."
