Grills and firepits are available for customers, we do ask that you tidy them up after using them. No grilling between 10 PM and 6 AM.
All fire pits while in use should be supervised by an adult, and never left unattended. Plus, children should always be supervised when near the river
If any inside and/or outside furniture is moved please return it to it’s original spot before heading out or an additional $25 fee will be charged.

We had a very nice stay at Kings Landing. The property is secluded and was very peaceful during our midweek stay. Shannon was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Comfortable and great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at King's Landing. We stayed in what appears to be the smaller of the two properties, but it easily slept 9. Plenty of outdoor seating, a nice kitchen, and the bonus of pool and foosball downstairs. Easy-to-access ramp made getting our boat in and out of the White River, and the trout were really biting! We'll be back next year.

Perfect Family getaway

This is such a beautiful place. My husband, our children, spouses and their children all stayed here. This was one of our best weekend getaways yet. This place felt like we were home. We will be back. Thank you.

Fine except misleading info on accommodation

Everything was fine. But there were only two bedrooms. One bedroom had four beds , another three. Pullout sofa could sleep two more. That was not what we thought we were getting. Fortunately one couple in our part had to cancel out on the last5 moment. Had they accompanied, we would have been in deep trouble: Three couples in two bedrooms! Not good!

Utterly Fantastic

VERY beautiful, relaxing home. Everything about it was awesome and the proximity to the river was perfect. We spent more time on that back porch than anywhere else. Had great neighbors in the bunkhouse next door and we have already scheduled our stay the same weekend next year, with the same neighbors!

Great house!

The house was awesome! My friends and I had a great time here! I caught more fish here than at any of the other 4 house I’ve been at in Flippin.

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and well maintained and well stocked with everything we needed. Next time we will being friends and rent the bunkhouse next door too. Thank you! P.S. Charlie who came to help us woth the TV is a gem.

Great little house on the river

This place had everything we needed for a week on the river. The property manager was there anytime we needed anything. I would highly recommend Kings Landing if you want a White River get away!

Arkansas Paradise

This property has it all. We were looking for a relaxing destination on the water, and we definitely found it here. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and very well stocked. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed trout fishing and watching the local wildlife. The Bald Eagle made an appearance everyday and was beautiful to watch. The property owners and managers were wonderful. We are grateful for their hospitality and will definitely be booking again at King’s Landing in the future.

AMAZING!!!

Our family of three spent five nights here. The White River was beautiful. Our goal was to try to take a quick trip while practicing social distancing due to Covid-19. This property was ideal. We fished most of the time, but did take a day to drive to Bull Shoals to see the lake and dam. The property was immaculate and was just as described in the photos. We hope to visit again! Highly recommend this peaceful place.
