"This cottage was so lovely! There were so many accommodations and everything was wonderfully stocked. The owner was easy to communicate with. It was so clean and cozy. My 24 year old son and 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub as did I. I could go on and on but long story short this is a great place for a quiet family getaway and we will definitely be back! "

"Before our check in time, the owner reached out and communicated that the AC was not working. He found out earlier that day and already had it inspected. The technician would not be able to fix it until the next day. Unfortunately, we needed to find somewhere else to stay due to our 5 month old. The owner remained in constant communication with us, and had offered to refund the first night if we needed to find somewhere else to stay for the night. He also offered to cancel the entire stay and refund us if we found somewhere else. While we did find somewhere else to stay, we would not hesitate to book again in the future. I did rate 4 stars for cleanliness because there were quite a few flies inside, but that might have jusy been from having windows open to try to air it out when the AC broke. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. We enjoyed the games, hot tub, and fire pit tremendously. The Kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of hot water. We had no problem using both showers at the same time. There was plenty of space for our family of six. There are a lot of stairs, though. That was not made clear in the description. The stairs were hard on my knees and made it impossible for my sister to come over for some s'mores around the fire pit. The rural country setting is quiet and relaxing, and it is a short drive into Lancaster for Dining and shopping. "

"We had 9 adults, 1 teenager, 2 little kids and 2 dogs. This was the perfect place for us, plenty of room, had a blast with the games and the bonfire pit. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive awat but we felt like we were secluded in the woods. It's a very private, beautiful property."
"The house is amazing! Huge comfortable seating areas. Plenty of kitchen equipment. We really enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pond, gorgeous views, great fire pit and the comfortable seating on the deck. The description says 4 tubs, there are 2 and neither one inside is jetted and the buck shot video game is not there. But the house has so much to offer we didn’t miss them. Will definitely stay again!"
