- the LAGUNE DES EXALS (in Narbonne-Plage) is a 10-minute walk away;
- the Jetée Sud at 13 minutes;

## Emplacement
Fleury is a seaside town that extends over more than 5,000 hectares and includes three village entities: the winemaking village of Fleury, the seaside resort of Saint-Pierre la Mer and the fishing and pleasure port of the huts of Fleury. The commune offers a wide variety of landscapes: 3,000 hectares of scrubland, 6 kilometres of sandy beach and the Aude River that crosses the territory for 9 km before flowing into the Mediterranean, 1,000 hectares of vineyards, 1,000 hectares of marshes, ponds and wetlands. An ideal destination in any season!

Bauruine mit guter Lage

Unhygienisch, viel defekt, Mobiliar teilweise unbrauchbar, Gesundheitsgefährdung nicht ausgeschlossen - Putz bröckelt von den Wänden und es riecht sehr feucht.Vorort Kontakt nicht erreichbar, Parkplatz nicht nutzbar, Mehrkosten für essen gehen einplanen, den kochen ist mit dem Inventar und der Hygiene nicht möglich. Reinigung des Objektes ungenügend, Matratzen und Möbel müssten ausgetauscht werden (Stühle defekt, Matratzen voller Flecken, fließen defekt und lose, Schiebetüren defekt und nicht verschließbar, elet.rollos ohne Funktion....)
