Nestled in a quiet and preserved hamlet just 800 meters from the ocean, the Pressoir cottage will be the ideal starting point for your stay in Northern Cotentin.
Located within a typical old farm of the Cotentin region, this former cider press has been tastefully renovated, blending modern comfort with nature-inspired decor.
You will be amazed by the 2-hectare landscaped garden, to which you will have full access.

You're in the right place if you love:

Practical information: We have an amazing little grocery store that has everything you need, open from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM, except on Sunday afternoons. They even offer fresh bread!
The market is on Wednesday in Flamanville, and on Friday, it’s in Les Pieux, just a 5-minute drive away.

On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, the dining area, and the fully-equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, fridge and freezer, toaster, traditional coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and kettle. A box of Nespresso capsules and a box of ground coffee are included for stays of 5 nights or more.

The bathroom with a shower and separate toilet is also located on the ground floor. Towels are included in the rental rate.

The upper floor of the Pressoir is spacious and bright, offering a living area with a sofa and TV.
A small office space allows business travelers to work comfortably. The cottage is equipped with fiber-optic internet.
Finally, the bedroom area features a high-end Queen-size bed (160 cm) with quality duvet and pillows.

Guests of the cottage will have access to the landscaped 2-hectare garden.
A laundry room reserved for guests is located in the courtyard of the property and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Environment: The cottage is situated in the heart of a peaceful and quiet hamlet, ensuring tranquility. You only need to walk 400 meters to find a convenience store open 7 days a week, offering fresh bread, newspapers, and a pharmacy.
The ocean and the GR223 are 800 meters away, and the beach at Siouville is a 5-minute drive. Sciotot is 8 minutes away.

un paradis

4 jours merveilleux dans le Cotentin dans une petite maison raffinée et tout confort . Petit rosé le soir dans un jardin rempli de roses. Anne nous accueille avec sourire et gentillesse. Nous sommes partis avec nos vélos. La mer est à 800m et les ballades dans les paysages sauvages sont faciles et magnifiques. Sophie et Luc
