"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Stayed one night. I would say the room was very small for the price. However , it was compact and had everything you needed. The Asian buffet was Fantastic and my children who are 7 years found plenty to eat and enjoy. I visited the spa/pool briefly , it was pleasant and there were added touches like goggles for the children to loan and fresh towels. Also, refreshments were available. I found all the staff to be exceptionally nice and very accommodating. I would say nothing was too much for them and they made me feel very welcome. I would definitely return to this hotel. "

"We had a great time skiing. Apartment was a 5 min walk from grand van chair lift. Really close to bakery, spa supermarket and restaurants. Would recommend and hopefully we can stay again in the future "

"Mountain View was great.Unfortunately we couldn’t ski in and also the hot tub was out of order.The rooms were clean.Could have done with a sharp knife in the kitchen and a spatula.overall skiing good and the restaurant was good with excellent service."

"One of the most accessible ski hotel/residences we have ever stayed at. The carpets to the learner slopes are no more than 30 paces from the boot room door. The property has lifts to and from the ski school, the boot room lockers are enormous (plenty of room for helmets, boots, gloves, skis, poles - all heated) The spa facilities are also super accessible from the lifts with robes and slippers in each room. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we were in the residence but the drinks menu and lobby bar were excellent. "
