Residential home (with attached guesthouse) located in a quiet, established neighborhood just a short drive from the heart of Flagstaff. Spacious layout with the master bedroom & bathroom at the back of the house away from main living area and spare bedroom (please note the spare bedroom shares the master bath which is only accessible through the master bedroom).
Equipped with garage access, large living space & fully stocked kitchen, full laundry room with washer and dryer, central air conditioning and a fenced in back yard.

All the space & amenities of renting a house while still being perfectly cozy for small groups. Meticulously cleaned & maintained by owners!

We revamped our long time home to be the perfect space for guests with a cozy minimalistic vibe. We have lots of experience hosting and are constantly working to perfect our guest's experience.

Cleanliness & comfort are our top priorities for our guests! We outfit our space with some of the best brands in the industry & strive to give our guests top quality amenities because we believe that's the way it should be!

The space is what we consider the "main house," which shares a wall with the attached guesthouse. Both spaces are completely private with their own access, although you may encounter other guests in the driveway or front walk. We lived here for years while hosting guests and worked hard to create privacy for both spaces.

**Here are some important things to know about our home... If any of these are a turn-off for you, please look elsewhere. We want you to be happy here!

- There is only one ensuite bathroom which is accessed THROUGH the master bedroom. This setup might not be ideal for all parties, please review carefully.
- There is an attached guesthouse which shares the living room wall. Both spaces are private with their own entrances, but some noise transfer is inevitable.
- No smoking (this includes marijuana) inside or anywhere on the property
- No parties, drugs, events, loud music/noise, undisclosed guests, pets, etc.
- Gas fireplace is only on during the winter months
- We have one outdoor security camera that covers the front walkway that will be on during your stay.
We aren't on site, but we are just a message or a phone call away if you need anything at all! You may see us during on your stay if we are there to check on the guesthouse.

Well established quiet residential neighborhood with paved walking trails all throughout. Nearby access to national forest and a park just down the street. We called this home for the greater part of two decades, know all our neighbors, & have felt incredibly lucky to call such a safe, lovely area home for so long.

Located just a short distance from the heart of Flagstaff, just minutes from the airport, and the Switchbacks to Sedona makes this a wonderful base for exploring this mountain town and the neighboring areas.
