This is a second-floor unit so stairs are required and it sits above the owner`s space in the home below. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Its near downtown, Great places to go, the Lowell Observatory is near, everything is in walking distance. People are friemdly, not loud. Excellent place.
Quick two night stay. Great location. There are a lot of steps but not a big deal. We walked to dinner which was nice. Bed was comfortable and the snow cap mountain in the background is nice to look at in the morning too.
My husband and I stayed here coming back from our vacation to Montana. It was quiet, close to downtown and within walking distance to a Sunday Farmers Market.
It is very close to the train station, but don’t let that detour you. We never heard the train while sleeping.
All and all it was a very nice place to stay!
The location was great. Walking distance to so many restaurants. It also had air conditioning and a perfect sized kitchen. The size worked out well for myself and husband. The living room allowed for quiet evening of relaxing. There is one bed room with a queen size bed and I would usually complain about that, but it was manageable. The host was also easy to contact and the checkout was a breeze.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Amenities
I would like to start off with the positives.
The apartment had everything we needed, It was spacious,
and the location was good for walking to stores and restaurants.
Now for the not so good.
Everything seemed real cheap ( picture Ikea furniture that did not match) The floors bounced and no attention to detail. For the price I don't think it was worth it.
We rented a house in Prescott a few days later for a little more and got a 2 bedroom ,2 bath house that was beautiful. I hope this is helpful.
Clean , comfortable and well appointed. The location is absolutely perfect for us. Close to downtown, yet also just minutes away from bike trails and a lovely park with exc3hiking.
Cozy little spot, close to all of the downtown life.
The apartment was as advertised. It was so close to all of the restaurants and downtown that we walked everywhere. Easy check in and safe off the street parking.
Perceval’s Perch proved the perfect landing spot for us. Family and friends just down the block. Both room and window air conditioners helped us beat the heat. Even though we didn’t really use kitchen, it seemed adequately stocked.
We loved our stay. The place was perfect and super cute. Very clean and Dan, the host, is great! We have stayed in another one of their rentals and was just as impressed. Every Flagstaff vacation (my son and grand daughter live there) we will stay at one of Dan's rentals, if available.
