The fully updated home with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and a queen pull out sofa has the comforts of home including new furniture and is centrally located. The fenced yard and large deck with new gas BBQ grill, fire pit and outdoor table is close to paved trails and a playground. Many local attractions, and businesses are close.

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*

*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 3% processing fee.*

-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00, and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to the owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS). Our policy is `all 4 on the floor,` which means that pets must stay off of all furniture, including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation, and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay. There will be a $500 fine on top of any pet fees if a pet is not disclosed
-All guests must be approved by management before occupying the home. All guests must be included in the reservation.
-No subleasing or transient lodging with guests outside of the guests stated in the reservation.
