Welcome to our Tree home in Flagstaff! This newly constructed home is ready to host luckily travelers like you! Located on the East side of Flagstaff with close access to Mount Elden Hiking trails, Cinder Pits, and scenic areas of the San Francisco Peaks! The home location is not far from highly sought-after locations and still backs up to national forest land! A 5 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and Flagstaff's Shopping Mall! Your next great memories waits here!

-Master Bedroom (King Bed) w/ master bathroom with walk-in shower, Walk-in closet, and a lock-off toilet room.

Second Level (Upstairs):

- Guest bedroom (King Bed) w/ Private balcony over the front of the home

-2nd Master Bedroom (Queen Bed) w/ full private bathroom with bath tub/shower combo, closet, and work desk.

-Gest bedroom (Full Bed & Bunk bed: Twin over Full)

Guests have access to the entire home

*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.

This was the best VRBO! Mason and Molly were super communicative. The home was super clean and looks exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was PERFECT! Such a nice stay. We would definitely book this place again.

Weekend visit

Brought our family to Flagstaff for some fall weather and we got winter. But the place was great for our group and close to the things we did there. Beds were good and the kitchen equipped with essentials.

Lovely, clean home

Enjoyed our stay at this home in Flagstaff. Great central location, easy base camp for exploring all this part of AZ has to offer. Home was exceptionally clean, beds were comfy, and hot tub was awesome to relax in. Mason was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the thermostat - he had it repaired within a couple hours. Great place to visit!

Spacious home

Very good home with 3.5 baths. Having 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathroom was helpful for our group of 7 adults along with kids. Property was clean for the most part. The bunk bed room was had somewhat dusty beds. Overall great property for family. One suggestion is to put AC temperature adjustment instructions either below the smart thermostat or in book(as its not intuitive) Overall great property for family n frnds.

Trip with adult children

We always use a vacation rental for our annual trip with our adult children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked, which we really appreciated. They had coffee so we didn't have to run out first thing in the morning to pick that up. They also had several spices including salt and pepper so we didn't have to get those items that we would only use a small amount of. The hot tub was larger than most we see in rentals, again another bonus. Overall if we were to return to the area, we were rental this home again.

Missing many essentials which have been communicated to Property Manager. No instructions available on sophisticted thermostat. Bedrooms were very clean and made up.

Good, Not Great

Things to know: Upstairs gets pretty warm like any house that has thermostat downstairs. Took some playing around with the thermostat for comfort. The bedroom layout is a little odd with what would seem like the upstairs master (room with the king size bed and the balcony) not having a private bathroom. However, the secondary bedroom upstairs (Queen size bed) has the private bathroom. Not a major issue but just odd. Downstairs master (where the grandparents stayed) was large and pretty amazing. The hot tub area needs some work. It is located on the back patio with zero privacy. So, if you don't like all the neighbors seeing you in your bathing suit, this is not the hot tub for you. A privacy fence on the patio would do wonders!!That being said, the home is in good condition, in a quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed for our stay. The drive from Sedona to Flagstaff is amazing!! All around nice location for our plans. We visited Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, etc.

Fantastic location.

The house was in the perfect location. Close to great restaurants and right on Historic Route 66. It was the perfect place for our stop in Flagstaff. Would definitely stay here again!
