The property is a little odd to get to. Follow the directions from the host (about which building etc) and you will be fine. Apple maps might take you a little bit further down the road.
The location is good. About 8 minutes out of Flagler proper. And only 8 minutes because of the low-speed limit on A1A.
Very comfortable for 5 people. 2 adults and 3 kids. The property is super clean. Plenty of dishes, and kitchen things. Tons of beach towels, which were super useful. The patio is bug free in typical FL fashion. It is big and looks right out onto the ocean.
The beds were fine, nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. The living room was comfortable. Again, this might have been the cleanest VRBO/ABB I have ever stayed in.
A couple of points about the property:
1) Parking is VERY limited. If you have friends over, you are playing with fire on getting them towed. The property only had one visitor parking pass and we weren't sure where family could park when they visited us.
2) The TVs all have cable, but no streaming of any kind. Personally, I would ditch the cable on all 4 TVs and just let guests stream. So you don't get to pick what you watch and you get commercials. I would probably just start traveling with a Roku or something at this point.
3) Toilet paper was gone within 36 hours. There was like a roll and a half of the single rolls, which didn't last long with 5 people.
Overall, the location was good, the condo was super clean and quiet, and I would stay here again.
