Cosy resort "Nikola", 2 storeys. 8 houses in the resort. Above Flachau 1.2 km from the centre of Flachau, on the outskirts, in a sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake. For shared use: property with lawn. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Washing machine. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop "Flachau Tauernhof 270" 950 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, lake Flauchauwinkl 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, mountain railway 1.7 km. ,Flachau Summer Card (01.06. - 29.09.2023) included in the price. Dogs only allowed in summer, not in winter! Sauna costs 10 EUR per hour!
"Nikola", 4-room house 85 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Pets are only allowed in summer! Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine schöne Woche im Ferienhaus Nikola verbracht und kommen sicherlich einmal wieder Es war alles ausreichend da. Aufgrund der ständigen Regenschauer und der nassen Kleidung wäre ein Wäschetrockner angebracht. Feuerholz für kühle Sommertage wäre ebenfalls wünschenswert.

Lage, Ausstattung und Betreuung sind optimal. Wünschenswert wäre, wenn das Haus, welches über eine Waschmaschine verfügt, auch Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett besitzen würde.
