「Absolutely fantastic...could have stayed on and on! This was our third stay as a family at this superb house and we will be back again for sure. The house has plenty of space - more than enough for four adults and we wished that we had invited some friends too! As usual, Maria Cristina and Luca were the most wonderful and considerate hosts with excellent communication and, as expected, a the property was beautifully presented. We came back again without hesitation as this house is perfect...

Das Haus selbst ist blitzsauber und mit allem, was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt, ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam. Gabriele hat uns über WhatsApp mit sehr guten Ausflugstipps versorgt und seine Eltern haben uns überaus freundlich begrüßt. 「A really lovely place to stay. Lots of room, incredible vista from the seating area just outside the house and from the pool. The pool is cool even in hot weather. The owners are very helpful and made our stay easy. We would definitely go again.」

「Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Gastgeber! Die Mühle ist sehr gemütlich, der Pool ist großartig und wird regelmäßig gereinigt, Ausflüge wie zB nach Lucca sind von hier gut möglich. Der Ort ist nicht touristisch, bedeutet allerdings auch dass es wenig Gastronomie gibt - und vor allem kein TakeAway. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-)」

「The cottage is wonderful for getting away from it all. Comfy bed, wifi, brilliant host, a varied selection of wildlife and animals! The location is really off the beaten track, the last road to the parking is very narrow with tight bends. We walked down the ancient path to the medieval bridge a couple of times, steep but great views. Very peaceful place, thoroughly recommended.」

「Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist super schön. Es ist sehr ruhig, man kann sich gut erholen und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Da wir zum Beginn der Saison (Ende Mai) waren, waren das Haus und der Pool anfangs richtig kalt, aber mit dem sonnigen Wetter ist alles wärmer geworden. Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich aber auch besonders. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 」

「We had a lovely holiday (family with 5 kids, age 11 to 23), peaceful and quiet and with the option to go out for a good meal nearby. Culture and swimming to be found with a car ride of 20 min, a beautiful mountain lake for swimming and nice little towns. Lucca and other more touristic places are a bit further, still good to do by car. The house and garden are spacious with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Nice addition is the separate part of the house which contains a bedroom, a bathroom...

「Casa ben accessoriata e pulita. Posizione ottima per poter raggiungere le spiagge di Lerici con navetta gratuita direttamente fuori casa. Noi eravamo in quattro persone e la casa era un po' piccola. Deludente lo spazio esterno trascurato che secondo noi avrebbe dato al contesto e alla casa maggior vivibilità. Host sempre pronto e recettivo per ogni piccolo problema. Anche se un po' delusi dallo spazio esterno la consiglierei.」

Alberto came to check if everything is okay on regular basis and had quite some tips for us for restaurants, shops with local products and excursions. The family is taking good care of their guest appartements and we can highly recommend this location.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a large private property in a quiet and peaceful rural setting about 3km from the beach. There are lots of great outdoor seating options. The cozy cottage had everything we needed. Laura was very nice and easy to contact.」

"チンクエッテレ観光の拠点として利用。駅に隣接で大変便利。アーリーチャックインに対応してもらいありがたかったが、掃除のおばさんがイタリア語しか解さずコミュケーションが難しかった。早々に英語が喋れるスタッフに繋いでもらえたら良かったのですが。"

"チェックインの場所とお部屋は別の建物でした。チェックイン時に対応してくれた男性のスタッフはとても感じが良く親切に対応してくれました。彼がオススメしてくれたレストランはとても美味しく、またラスペツァに行く事があれば行きたいです。お部屋も清潔でインテリアも素敵で快適に過ごせました。　ただ、エスプレッソマシンが故障していて使用出来なかった事が小さな難点でしたが、それ以外は100点でした‼︎‼︎ "
