"Perfect spot for us as we needed something close to blackcomb gondola. 8 minute walk. From Bus drop head by Tim Hortons/visitor center on the right side. Through walkway then bear right toward totem pole to get to the front desk head up the long flights of stars as will be located on the second floor. This particular room is located in D wing. So where you come in from Tim Hortons cross the walk way to the opening to a little garden stay left and access to D building elevator is there. Amazing staff all happy! and very helpful. Clean, would be nice to have access to a pool but other wise great. Recommend if needed white noise to cancel out some of the noise from the street below and pedestrian walk way to put the fan on in the bathroom. Bring salt and pepper ! lol but there was coffee and sugar provided "

"Room is clean, the wash basin needs to be clean or sanitized more often. There just too much people are using it. Not everyone is very considerating…"

"The pool and hot tubs were lovely. Parking costs extra, and although there are quite a few charging stations in the parking garage, they are not for use by the hotel customers."
