"This was a great place for a vacation with 2 young girls. We were close to everything, food was good, service was good and the girls got to swim!"

"Fabulous hotel , although the bar at the Top of the Mark has fallen in service . We waited about 40 minutes to be seated & although a wait person said they would be right back , they didn’t so we left . This at one time was the best bar in San Francisco . No longer "

"Nice clean hotel located in the financial districts. It was about a 10 minute walk to little Italy and maybe 5 minutes to Chinatown. I definitely felt safe walking around this area. Rooms were clean and up to date. "
