"The bathroom situation is ridiculously horrible. There is a toilet stall and a separate shower stall, both of which open directly into the room, with only a sliding door that does not fully close or lock. The door is clear, so if you turn the light on, everyone can see your shadow, and it fills the room with light. The sink is next to the bed. No privacy and the light situation means that if one person tries to shower or use the toilet, it wakes everyone else up. The elliptical and the treadmill are broken, you can use them manually but can't adjust the resistance or speed. Pretty lobby, great breakfast, but would never stay here again due to the bathroom situation."

"The buildings interior has no insulation to cancel out the noise of your neighbors aside and above the rooms. You can hear the people walking above you and yawning next door. The breakfast was nice and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly "

"We had a great experience staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Lakewood Ranch during our recent team trip. The room setup was especially well-suited for team travel. Having a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishes in each room made it very easy to manage meals and snacks, which is incredibly helpful when traveling with athletes. The breakfast service was also excellent. It starts at 6:00 AM, and on one of our early game days (8:30 AM kickoff), everything was ready right on time and hot. That made a big difference for the team to start the day prepared. Parking was very easy with plenty of space available, which made arrivals and departures stress-free. The hotel also has two washers and two dryers, which were extremely helpful for a sports team managing uniforms and gear during a multi-day trip. A special thank you to the front desk staff, Holly and Coco, who were both friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their support really contributed to a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, a very convenient and team-friendly hotel. We would definitely stay here again."
