It's probably awesome, but there was nothing even close to parking when we got there. We circled around the lots for a minute or two, then gave up realizing we made a $5 donation to the forest service.

The multiple restaurants on site were great! The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet even though you are in the city with lots of noise. The down side was the pool and roof top were closed with no communication up front about that on their website.

Great location at a good price, right in downtown Denver. Walking distance to the train station which takes you directly to the airport. Also walking distance to the capitol building, museums, and the convention center. Clean and quiet, highly recommendable.

This is well worth the short drive. IMPORTANT- The morning sun is behind the falls and pictures are not good. There are two trails. The upper lookout trail is a wide paved sidewalk, very level, easy for wheelchairs. The lower "recreational trail" is dirt/gravel and downhill all the way, thus uphill coming back. But it is only 1/4 mile and is a mild grade.
