Property was, for the most part, accurate in its description and very close to the south entrance of Yosemite. The carpets, in the bedrooms, however need a thorough cleaning or be replaced. Our stay was cut short by a power outage, which the host agreed to refund. However, the amount they agreed to refund was inadequate and I had to have a VRBO representative intervene to get the correct amount.

Basic accommodation. Inside was clean and well appointed (plenty of towels, etc). Outside of cabin, a little run down. All in all, fine for a two day stay while visiting Yosemite.

We had a great time. The property is walking distance from Tenaya Lodge where we were attending a conference. It was nice to have the little walk - about 15 minutes door to door- when we were inside at the conference for a big part of the day. It was great to be able to cook as one of our group has a bunch of food restrictions and hotel food is limited and pricey. We cooked up several cozy meals and made coffee at the cabin every morning.

This is an amazing house!!! The location is perfect for anyone’s Yosemite stay!! 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms were perfect for us! Bring your own laundry detergent. I washed our dishes by hand. I did not want to bother with watching a video on how to use the dishwasher. We could not use the grill. But, the deck was so incredible & the night sky is out of this world!!!!!Highly recommend!!
