「Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.」

「There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.」

「Bugs in the Bed」

「Didn’t get money worth for the $500+ stay. Paint chipping everywhere, there are no microwaves in the rooms, the hot breakfast is really nothing but oatmeal, the pools were nasty I was hoping to get in after a long drive. It was completely disgusting.」

「夫婦、小学生2人、幼稚園児1人で8月に利用しました。 よかった点 安い 車で近くに大きなスーパーがある。 改善してほしい点 製氷機が稼働していない。 外に通じるドアが閉まりにくい。 プールが閉まっていた。コロナ対策のようだ。 Wi-Fiが弱すぎて、繋がらない。 古い建物だからこそ、ロビーや、フロントは整理整頓に努めてほしい。スタッフの方は親切でした。」
