Die Lage ist ziemlich ruhig, etwas abseits von der Stadt, mit einem großen Garten rund ums Haus und Blick auf die Berge und den Hafen von Las Palmas. Gerade in der Nebensaison ist man hier abseits des Massentourismus unterwegs, dafür ist für Ausflüge immer ein bisschen Fahrerei nötig.
