「The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues:
1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity...

「Kaikki alkaa olla jo erittäin kulunutta. Olko-oven kahva tippui irti, wc-huuhtelu painikke tippui irti seinästä, parvekkeelta puuttui kalusteet, ruokakalusteet(tuolit) hirveässä kunnossa.
Vaikka puitteista ilmoitettiin, asialle ei tehty mitään.
Huone oli puhdas ja liinavaatteet puhtaat vaikka yleisilme kulunut.
Kolmeksi yöksi varattiin perhelomalle tämä huone. Sijainti oli yllättävän kaukana vanhankaupungin melskeestä. Kulkuyhteydet vaativat jalkapatikkaa.
