Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience. Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point.

We enjoyed our stay. The owners are friendly, gracious and helpful. The room was pleasant, the garden was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious.

This was easily the highlight of a trip full of highlights. The staff was incredible, made us feel like royalty. The food was top notch, and the boat was breathtaking. Our original trip to Milford Sound had to be moved to Doubtful Sound due to a road outage. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our trip went uninterrupted. I would recommend this cruise even at twice the price. An unforgettable experience. Thank you to the captain, owners, and all the staff.

Easy communication with staff. Met our needs. Spacious and clean. Close to the road and yet you don’t hear anything . Comfortable overnight stay.

We got in late and the hotel accommodated us and had everything ready. And then when I forgot an item in the room the hotel had it easy for us to pick up at a later time. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The hotel owner was very pleasant and the location was 2 minutes walking to dining options. The room was nice and clean. Also 1 minute walking to lake walking paths.

We enjoyed our stay, Phillipa and Rob are excellent hosts. The choice for breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit and muffins. A quick and easy access to the ferry point. Would highly recommend staying here.

The room was very clean, the kitchenette was very helpful, parking was fine. The beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed the outside deck. The best part was the view of the Lake. Would stay here again in a minute. Highly recommend

Henry was amazing and showed us around the lodge! It's located near the water with wonderful views (and kayaks!), and a great outdoor fireplace. I wish we had gotten to stay longer!

Spacious clean room in large motel complex, just a short walk across the street from the lake. Laundry facilities available. We had a lovely stay here in the pouring rain, walked everywhere in town.

Very friendly host. A well-appointed room with very serviceable kitchen, quiet.

Our room for three in the Aden Motel had a bedrooms with a queen bed, and a separate living room with a twin bed and also a kitchenette. Thus, it was very handy for fixing some of our own meals. There was a safe place to park our car right in front of the room, and the wifi worked reasonably well. The motel is one block off the lakefront drive and in a quiet area. The town of Te Anua is lovely.
