"The apartment is very beautifully appointed, with artwork and loads of books. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower and a big sink. It has two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Hailey was kind enough to come to my rescue a couple of times to try to figure them out! Parking is close and access is easy. The location is perfect, especially if you’re here in Chapel Hill for a long weekend at UNC. The microwave, small fridge and hot plate would be enough for such a stay. Hailey was a lovely hostess and I felt very welcome at her apartment. "

"Beautiful hotel. Very clean and super stylish. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good for an early dinner and some late night snacks. Would definitely stay here again and enjoyed the area too. Close proximity to Keenan Stadium and easy to walk back and forth, even at night. A+!"

"Very disappointed with the staff and their reservation coordination. Booked our room and had an event that prevented us from checking in before 10:00pm and apparently the hotel had oversold their rooms. We went to check in and they said that they oversold the rooms so we had to drive 2.5 hours home after a very long day. Finally got home a 1:30am absolutely exhausted and extremely disappointed. Customer service is everything and Hyatt Place at Chapel Hill failed all the way around. I will never recommend this hotel and will be sure that I share this story openly. "
