「This was a beautiful property and the managers were responsive. It was sad that there is new ownership at the resort and they closed the pool until Memorial weekend. It would’ve been nice to know the pool was closed before we booked our stay, we would’ve stayed somewhere else with a pool.」

「Cozy cabin! Extra touches were nice. Location is a shared driveway. Vehicles went in and out. Also located on a somewhat busy road. The hot tub did not heat up the first night, but did the second. Overall a nice experience. Cute cabin with extras made the difference.」

「My partner and I enjoyed a winter weekend getaway at Whispering Pines and can’t wait to book another visit! The cabin is cozy - we especially loved the fireplace and sauna. We also enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen and there’s nothing quite like eating with a beautiful lake view! The local grocery store was a short 8 minute drive away and we also enjoyed stopping for dinner at Doc’s, a local fave. 「My sister and I spent a few days in early October at this unit at Izaty's Resort on Lake Mille Lacs. This place is stocked with everything one needs. We loved our accommodations and especially enjoyed the lake view. While fall colors weren't at their peak, being near the lake and all the nature was lovely and rejuvenating.」

「Stay was good. It’s a large home. My complaints would be we had to knock down a hornets nest on the back deck. Also it’s very weedy around the property. Just tons of bees and wasps around outside in the tall weeds. I’m highly allergic along with another guest so taking care of that wasn’t fun.」
