"This hotel is right next to the Holiday Inn in Geneva, but it is cheaper and just as nice. Actually, it is probably nicer at times, since the elevator at the Holiday Inn was not working but our elevator at the Microtel worked fine. I would recommend Kindred Fare, a restaurant in an adjacent strip mall, for dinner, as well as Bagels and Cakes, on the same side of the road a few stories down, for lunch."

"This property was amazing! The outside is beautiful and the inside was immaculate. Our room was the Rose room. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and the amenities that they have available to us including soda, snacks, coffee, and homemade cookies. Nice and quiet stay. Perfect for my husband and I while we visited for a few days in town. Easy access to major highways and towns with restaurants a short distance away."

"We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, but the pull out bed is not. The breakfast was nice. It is a great place to stay while touring history sites in Palmyra. This was our second stay. It was rainy and muddy outside, so the carpets get dirty, but it seems like more could be done to keep the carpet vacuumed."

"We went for my son open house in RIT and it’s a long drive from NYC. The staff at the front desk were so nice and the guy at the breakfast was so kind he give us a container for pancakes we are running late. This was so nice of him we really appreciate after a good night sleep and rest. We probably will be there a lot of time more our son decided to go to RIT."

"Room one was fine until I got to the bathroom. The shower drain was broken and there was a huge wad of hair in the drain. The rust covered the tub and screws were missing from the hardware. I asked maintenance to come up and help and they rinsed the hair said the shower was fine and left. I asked to switch rooms. The next room smelled like mildew and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was covered in green slime. The THIRD room was okay except the mini fridge didn’t work. "

"Everything was great except there was only one towel in the pool area and when we asked for more we were told they would bring more if they had them. We never got more. "
