Fingal Bay beach is a stunning two kilometre stretch of beach that leads out to Fingal spit and across to the lighthouse with multiple spots to choose from for swimming, surfing, or relaxing on the shore along the way – it has also had spectacular sunrises!
The lounge room, adorned with a chase lounge and a smart TV, beckons for lazy afternoons, while the Wi-Fi makes sure you are always connected. Exclusive amenities like a washer/dryer, laundry, multiple TVs, and heating are also included, ensuring you feel right at home.
You can expect to find a unique blend of comfort and luxury with enchanting ceiling fans, reverse cycle air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and family sized fridge.
This fantastic property houses up to six guests in three homely bedrooms all with ceiling fans. Bedroom one has a Queen-sized bed while bedroom two has a Double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds with a TV perfect for keeping the kids entertained. There are two bathrooms both with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
