"Everything was great "

"The hotel was a historic building with lots of charm. Very friendly attentive service upon walking in made check in a breeze. Room was clean, comfy but a little loud being not on the 2nd floor and facing a busy street. Toilet paper took a few minutes to find but otherwise the room was great. The sheets were soft and the bed comfy. While we didn’t go in the pool, we walked out to check it out and it looked very beautiful and clean. Great location and would happily choose to stay there again."

"Great for an over night stay. The room is small but its comfortable. The only down side is that outside around the property there is alot of homeless hanging around which can feel a little uneasy"

"As a native California resident I knew what to expect in the surrounding area as for cleanliness, the hotel is near a great French bakery. Staff all were amazing and greeted any time we came in or left. There isn’t available parking from the hotel but there is plenty of parking garages near by, now be prepared it will cost a bit. The room was spacious and clean. The streaming services has it where you can enter your own information and it will know when you are leaving so it will automatically log you out. Overall pleasantly surprised and had a great stay"

"Short stay. Place doesn’t offer water inside building they said “drink water from the faucet” Big room, no ac, looks pretty run down, areas around it don’t feel safe entirely"

"Staff is spectacular. I stay here every time I come to SFO because the staff is so nice, and the view of the city or courtyard are always great. I really appreciate the fact that I see familiar faces when I come year after year. This shows you treat your staff well. Thank you for that!"
