"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "

"Be aware this is not a traditional hotel, more an upscale hostel with shared bathroom and common area. The room itself was okay and the bed was comfortable, so if all you are looking for is a place to sleep, it’s okay. The location is somewhat hard to find as there’s no signage of any kind in front of the building which looks more like an apartment building than a hotel."

"Check in was self service and difficult- 2 rooms with one email not allowed even though they took a payment from me. No air conditioning, door to outside alley not safe to leave open to sleep. Could smell smoke from smoking guests. On small fan after 3 calls. Left in 2 hours and refusing to refund our additional 3 nights, 2 rooms. Still working to settle this"

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"Very nice apartment, more spacious than we had expected from the photos, thoughtfully arranged with good quality comfortable furniture. Well equipped with a TV in every room kept the kids happy. We only had a short stay this time but plan on coming back for a longer trip. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the location is nice and quiet, residential. "We had such a wonderful time in and around Wangen which is very beautiful. Johanna was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome on arrival and kindly left us a bottle of wine. She even brought along a friend to translate both on the day we arrived and when we left which was very thoughtful and it really helped (thank you to Ivan too!) Her apartment is gorgeous, so clean with great facilities and it even has automatic blackout blinds which kept it lovely and cool during the day as it was...

"I just had a very short stay, arriving at 11pm ans leaving at 4am, but the hotel is convenient, clean, practical and is sufficiently equipped for a night before an early flight, a layover or a late arrival. Definitely recommendable. First transfer by team to the airport is just before 5am, so not convenient for the first flights in Zürich, but a 25mon quick walk is a good start in the day, too."

"Nice property near the airport and very close to Kloten train stop. Super easy to take the train to downtown Zurich. A mini fridge would be nice. There’s a Coop grocery store across the street which was handy to get milk for our cereal. Very quiet area. "
