Hotel lovely, room clean great housekeeping and air conditioning worked perfect in room, Only down side about our stay was the service for food it was terrible extremely slow and always too busy talking to each other rather than serve the customers Also the food at the hotel was terrible not enough choices for main meals and it was always cold even if you were first in the que when it opened This hotel has potential to be a 5 star hotel but they need to up there food as it was nothing short of a disgrace Neil

Staff friendly but could do with better English, sometimes it was difficult to communicate . Room was cleaned every day but quality of cleaning was not the best, seems like it was rushed. Plenty of food and drinks but quality could be better - food repetitive and often very plain. Drinks not good quality, especially beer which seemed like it was watered down. Very poor entertainment, we stayed for two nights and there was nothing at all on two nights and the other two nights entertainment was very limited. Pool very good but not enough sun lunges which get reserved very early and are not used by people for most of the day. The hotel should do something about it as it was very annoying.
