Très bon endroit, si on doit donner un point négatif, ce n’était pas le lit le plus confortable mais le reste était super. Très calme, hôte très disponible, serviable et accueillant. Bon emplacement dans la Médina. Bons petits déjeuners, c’était généreux et bien servi.

Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Hidaya and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well looked after. We arrived earlier than check-in time (around 10am), they invited us to have a breakfast and rest until the room was ready. The rooms were air-conditioned, which made a real difference after long days of exploring. Everything was tidy and cared for, and we always felt at ease. The staff were what truly set this place apart. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Mostafa in particular went above and beyond for us. He was helpful at every turn and made sure our needs were taken care of, and his kindness made our stay much more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and a pleasant start to each morning with a fresh mint tea on the roof terrace. The team looking after the dining area was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, Riad Dar Hidaya offers clean rooms, great service, and a warm atmosphere. We recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The room was small and big mold everywhere in all the ceiling of the toilet., the smell of the humidity and mold were bad, I got sick with that. So make sure to check for another room. Otherwise, The staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Hassen est hyper accueillant toujours à l écoute gentil. Accueil avec un petit thé. Difficile à trouver quand on ne connaît pas mais hyper ravie et surpris quand on arrive. Je recommande fortement. La chambre au rdc magnifique.

The staff very helpful. We checked in at 3:00am. Staff greeted us at the street in 10 minutes. Check in was easy, breakfast was very simple; the room was dusty. My husband had to dust the room for me. The room was rather dark. The location was very good in the center of the Medina. Mr. Hassan, the manager was very polite and helpful.

Best Hotel in Marrakesh

Our hotel stay was extremely amazing. The staff are super friendly, our room was beautiful. There is a terrace as well where you can enjoy the view and get in the pool. Our breakfast was also the best hotel breakfast we had in Morocco (stayed in 4 different hotels, this is the best). I highly recommend this hotel.

Riad très joli et super service

Super séjour. Mohamed s’est bien occupé de nous et nous a même préparé un petit déjeuner plus tôt le jour de notre départ. Riad très bien situé et facile à trouver, avec toutes les commodites qu’il faut et une jolie vue sur la ville depuis la terrasse.

Schönes Riad!

Das Riad ist wunderschön und bietet eine angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre. Bei jedem meiner Anliegen wurde mir sofort geholfen, Onkel Hassan hat immer sein Bestes gegeben um meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Riad sehr empfehlenswert, alleine schon der lieben Mitarbeitenden wegen!

El Riad a pocos minutos de la Puerta Azul,y de los principales puntos de interés, así como a pocos minutos de Restaurantes y zona comercial.La habitación tal cual se ve en las fotos,limpia, y decorada con gusto.Me gustaría destacar la amabilidad y hospitalidad del personal, nos brindaron ayuda y consejos sobre la ciudad y como moverse por la Medina,nos ayudaron con la contratación del traslado de vuelta al aeropuerto.Hicieron que el viaje fuera perfecto en todo momento.Si se necesita pueden conseguir guías para la Medina.El desayuno sencillo, pero con productos locales y hecho con todo el cariño.Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa.
