「Rooms were clean and spacious. Balcony view of the mountains was perfect, even in the rain it’s covered to enjoy! 15-20min walk to downtown but most things were closed by 5:00. Bummer」

「This was a fantastic place to stay! The free laundry for guests was perfect for us and the machines didn't smell which was great. Everything was really clean and the staff was very helpful. Also a very delicious cafe next door (white birch). Would stay here again!」

The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself...
