Location was very good, close to very good restaurants, quiet and nice view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms could use updated bathrooms and new paint. The bed was very comfortable.

Nice, clean room. Free guest laundry was definitely appreciated. Lots of other useful amenities like movie room, sauna, touch less door handles. The White Birch Cafe is the absolute best! Great place to eat. The Bennie’s are yum.

Location was convenient and room was clean albeit an older hotel. Noise in halls was a bit much, slamming doors, people talking loudly, dogs barking so it was not ideal however it did quiet down my 11 pm. Staff was great for checking and checkout.

Room was clean. Beds were very crunchy, like a hard plastic liner over mattress. TV cable bax was installed behind the TV so remote would not work. Had to cut the zip ties and move the box in front.

Really cool spot in the middle of Fernie. Very friendly staff. Only thing I wish would have been different is we got in at about 1am and had to call to get the code for the lockbox. It would have been helpful if they would have just messaged us the lockbox code.

Hotel is under alot of construction at current time. We have stayed there many times and understand the need for updates and maintenance but it would have been nice to know in advance or perhaps reduction of rates during the Reno. I'm sure that the hotel will look amazing when we return next year. Staff is always amazing and rooms are always clean. Thanks for a great weekend!
