This pousada is not fit to receive guests. The staff did what they could.
There were bed bugs on both beds. The owner tried to place another guest during my last two days or else they would charged me R$2000 extra.
The level of greed is unbelievable.
The toilet was blocked for the last two days, only one attempted to unblock a day before my departure but it was still blocked when I left.
I paid higher for the nights then average but got scammed. It was the first time I did not chose separately the room. Normally I choose separately but this was a package offered by expedia
I have pictures and video from it. I can't believed there are places like that at those prices. Not even for free would I stay there. Shame on the owner.
They are greed and dishonest. I should be reimbursed by them.
Another thing was the air conditioning. It took two plus hours to cold down after my arrival. It was very weak and barely kept the temperature bellow 25C.
It was on the whole time because it was not good.
Food was also of low quality even the fruits (some of them in one time) was spoiled. It was not a pleasant experienced it was like being in a shanty house. The light switch will flicker from time to time because some wires must have been loose. The socket and the switch were loose barely holding the box. The bath window had no lock. It was a terrible stay for me. Never been to such an awful place.
