Maison Chêne

  • Il Casale della Quercia is located near Borgo Casal Cristiana.
The Borgo Casal Cristiana residential complex is located in Torre di Palme, a picturesque village in the Marche region and a hamlet of the municipality of Fermo.

The apartment is all on one level, with a very large private garden offering panoramic sea views.

The Borgo is a country house created through the renovation of an ancient rural hamlet, consisting of a central core that includes several independent apartments and a series of old farm outbuildings, which have also been transformed into unique and distinctive residences.
The renovation, carried out with the aim of preserving the original structure, highlighting the region’s traditional materials, and maintaining harmony with the surrounding environment, has made it possible to equip the accommodations with the most modern amenities and to create a recreational area for adults and children, as well as a swimming pool with a sun deck.

Surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, the property enjoys a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea, which is less than 2 km away. To the west, in the distance, lie the Marche Apennines—an ideal spot for relaxing walks and hikes or mountain bike rides.

Its strategic location allows for easy access to the Marche region’s most important cities of art (Fermo, Recanati, Ascoli Piceno, and Macerata), various archaeological and religious sites, and some of Italy’s most beautiful medieval villages, as well as the beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Marina Palmense. You can also enjoy all kinds of sports (tennis, sailing, sport fishing, horseback riding, and hiking), go shopping at the area’s renowned outlet malls, and savor the region’s culinary and wine specialties.

The village is easily accessible both via the highway and through rail and airport connections: an ideal place to spend your vacation, in an area rich in history and culture, nestled among hills that gently slope down toward the sea.

Great Workation!

We had a wonderful time. The internetconnection was great for working remote. The garden was great for our toddler and dog and also the playground and poolarea. When there was a question or something we needed there was immediate help from the owner. We stayed for 4 weeks and would return at any time.

Perfect stay - perfect holiday*****

We´ve enjoyed a perfect stay culminating in a wonderful holiday. After a warm welcome by the owner and a informative indroduction to the place we felt right home in this typical italian style, cozy house. Great locatiuon and the breathtaking view are beyond saying. We´d like to come back. Thanks again to the owner for all the efforts you made to make this a perfect holiday for us. 5 Stars.

Es gibt alles was man braucht.

Very nice and beautiful place. Very nice owner.

We arrived on a Saturday evening. The owner was waiting and was very sympathetic and nice. They give us all information which we needed. The best was the breakfast service. The house is typical Italian but it is very cute and comfortable. Only the mattresses could be a little bit more comfortable. We had an own whirlpool in the garden and the view is breathtakingly beautiful. We want to come again. The big pool and all the furnitures are top. We can recommend to spend the holidays there. Very very good lodgings 4+ stars 🌟

The location is excellent

This is a place that I recommend with conviction to anyone who would like to relax, enjoy nature, warmth and care in the details and in the hospitality. The location is excellent to go to the sea or inland, to the Sibillini mountains and the charming towns in the area. We thank Federico with our hearts because of his availability, his passion, his courtesy and being helpful anytime of the day. No doubt, we will return with much joy to the house of borgo casal cristiana!! John

The silence, the privacy, the wonderful garden

The silence, the privacy, the fresh air, the colors of the landscape, the dawn and the eve… It has wonderful garden and the park of the village is well taken care of. There is much space, a pool, games at the park, where to sit and tables… it is beautiful to enjoy the various spots, from where you can take a glimpse at the countryside and the sea. Simon

The silence, the vista, the garden

The silence, the vista, the garden, the elegance of the environment It is a charming view of the sea!!! It is a farmhouse wonderfully rebuilt and furnished with details that make you feel at home. Everything is clean. The white linens are perfect. It has corners where to sit and relax. The pool, the garden, and the park are much appreciated, especially after a day on the shore. The manager, who is very kind, is the owner. He is available, non-intrusive, generous and eager to offer the best. A delightful person and a delightful house. Thank you! It has truly been a pleasure. The bread and the croissants every morning are much appreciated. Five stars are not enough!! eleanor

Fantastisch!

Cordiali, disponibili e discreti i proprietari. Spero di tornarci presto. Consigliato Cristina Gaggi
