Upstairs, the king bedroom suite features a private deck, garden tub, and a cozy loft with a reading and study nook overlooking the great room. The main floor includes a queen bedroom and full bath, while the lower level offers another queen bedroom, bath, a bonus room with a slate pool table, a sitting area, and direct access to the hot tub. TVs are located on all three levels.

Jubilee also includes a private walking trail, a scenic overlook, a horseshoe pit, and convenient access to nearby hiking trails—everything you need to fully enjoy your mountain escape.

This home is located in the 4000 acre, Leatherwood Mountain Resort in Ferguson, NC. Our guests are invited to enjoy our Horseback Riding program where you can experience the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains pristine wilderness by Horseback (reservation required). You will have access to miles of hiking trails, mountain streams, stocked fishing pond, community swimming pool, play ground and tennis courts, creek tubing (seasonal), on-site restaurant with active live music & event calendar (guest advised to check hours when planning meals).

Leatherwood Mountains has surveillance or recording devices on the property. Our neighborhood is very safe and our property very secluded. For added peace of mind, we have security cameras by the gated entrance and common areas. Individual properties may also have cameras on the EXTERIOR of homes. Please be assured they are not directed at private areas, hot tub porches etc.
