環境很不錯，由老宅樓重新裝修，別有風味 唯獨小黑蚊太多了，廁所乾溼分離的門洗完澡會有水濺到外面。可再稍做改善。 整體入住品質中上。

房間乾淨整潔，木頭地板的質感很好，不過入住時很冷，只有除濕機能稍微讓房間變溫暖，冷氣機轉除濕出來的風也是冷的，有暖氣會更好。 整體來說很不錯，料理好吃、咖啡廳還有可愛的貓貓狗狗，加上鳳林很寧靜，是適合放鬆的好地方

適合放空的好所在

雖位於花蓮鳳林鎮上的民宿，安靜清幽且可在園內的餐廳有額外付費使用中晚餐，住房和餐廳人員服務親切。適合沒有開車的旅客，方便可以步行到市區和火車站。 四人房的浴室沒有乾濕分離，沒有抽風機可以將濕氣慢慢抽乾，使得整個浴室的地板濕滑，很驚訝沒有提供浴室專用拖鞋可穿，進出浴室時容易打滑，且大浴巾留有洗不掉的污漬。隨然不能將飯店服務品質的標準予以相互比較，但仍希望日後能夠改善。
