Check in or out was the issue and don’t know how to reach to someone for check in buzz was not working, with luggage and no sim was the challenge, for one night. But was convenient location . House keeper was trying hard to keep the facility clean. For bedsheet charges first time I learned. Ok for one night or 2 . Not more in my opinion. "Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"We loved having access to the guest kitchen including the fridge. The back terrace was in full bloom and a lovely place to sit in the evening with snacks and a drink after a busy day of being tourists.
