"We just left from our Spring Break vacation. Booked for family of 4 and the host couldn’t have made this a more enjoyable experience. He was readily available to answer any and all questions and happily provided suggestions as we were new to the area. The home was complete with the amenities needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. We felt right at home and did not want to leave when it was time. The pool and hot tub were a daily enjoyment. My sons 12 & 11 loved the pool area as well as the game room! The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms provided all the storage we needed. I would highly recommend and stay again when in need for the area! Thank you again for a memorable stay and time for my family! "

"Spa had to be run 1 - 1 1/2 hours for it to warm up before using each day. Pool was too cool to enjoy. Sitting in the sun on the lanai was the highlight of the experience. The fenced yard was appreciated for our small dog. Host was very responsive when we called for assistance."

"Our stay was super! The Hosts were amazing and even gave us great ideas for things to do, and places to eat at in the area. The house was super clean. The game room was a hit and brought our family great enjoyment together. Our favorite place to be together was the back lanai area. The pool, hot tub and dock were amazing. The kids loved fishing off the dock. You cannot go wrong by choosing this gem! Thank you for an amazing family experience!"

"The house was perfect! Enough room for our grown children and their family! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Lucas checked in frequently to be sure we were all set and had everything we needed! We all enjoyed a lot of time in the pool! Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and beach toys! It was difficult leaving this beautiful spacious house! We will definitely stay again when in Cape Coral! Highly recommend!!"

"Pool was great! Clean and warm! Dock on the canal was very nice. Could set and watch the fish, turtles, birds, etc. House was super! Master bed and bath was very good!. Kitchen was perfect. TV in living area was awesome! Cable and WiFi solid! Manager was on the spot! Only needed help once and it was my own fault. You really couldn’t ask for anything more! We would come again but my guess is it will not be available very often. These folks know how to make vacations perfect. "
