「I booked for 4 nights, but I was able to stay only for 3 nights. This is because, my flight to Morelia was cancelled due to the closure of the airport in Houston because of the snow. So there was no way for me to arrive as scheduled. Even though Expedia and I pushed hard for the refund for a night, the hotel refused to do so. It was such a dissapointing and frustrating experience. I understand the plan I chose was non-refundable but since there was no way for me to arrive in Morelia as...

「I had the best experience in a hotel that I’ve had in years, amazing staff with a great attitude and customer service, I was greeted from the very start when checked in amazing experience hotel was beautiful and great above and beyond service」

「La zona está linda」

「The service from all of the staff members was excellent! Abel, Gabby and Italia were very helpful!」

「Imperial suite main bathroom door doesn’t Close. Main bathroom furniture drawers Do not close. Hotel wasn’t able to provide Transportation to downtown as stated on Hotel page. The reason was because the hotel owner was there and he was using the vehicle. At the end of my trip, we were Transported in the managers SUV. Room too noisy by employees moving Tables on upper floor to early in the morning」

「Cleanness and location」
