"Der Gasthof liegt direkt am See und ist durch ein Straße getrennt die gut befahren ist, Nachts relativ ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, Frühstücken kann man für 15 Euro/ Person. Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Sauberkeit nicht so toll war ( Spinnennetze außen am Fenster auf dem Balkon der Tisch nicht abgeputzt…) Die Lüftung im Bad nicht funktionierte. Die Zimmer waren jedoch sauber. Leider trüben diverse Mängel das Gesamtbild. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sicherlich okay/ längerer...

"The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

"Well equipped house, spacious living room and kitchen area. Beautiful view. Well connnected to various ski areas in Kärnten. It's a wooden house, and the inside temprature could have been set a bit higher as it was mostly around 19-21 C during the day (oitside 0-5 C). But otherwhise we had a really nice stay."

"Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

Perhaps a check box somewere on web ? 2nd - most info related to this property is about the main interrest - the diving. None about the winter season. It would be enough to mention the Gerlitzen web I guess. Anyway - the host was always responsive and helpful and we were able to communicate in EN which was great. "We really enjoyed our time here. The owner warmed it in advance so that we would be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was nice as well.
