The "Claudia" holiday home is just a few kilometres away from the famous Carinthian lakes such as Lake Wörthersee, Lake Millstätter See and Lake Ossiacher See, which offer ideal opportunities for swimming, sailing and water sports. And you can also enjoy the swimming pond in the holiday village, which is available to all guests - the perfect place to refresh and relax.
The holiday home on the ground floor can accommodate up to 6 people. The inviting living and dining area is equipped with a cosy Swedish stove, which provides cosy warmth on cooler days and creates a comfortable atmosphere. WLAN and cable TV ensure modern comfort. The separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality built-in furniture and has everything you need to prepare your meals - from a fridge-freezer and dishwasher to practical kitchen appliances.
Upstairs you will find three separate bedrooms, two of which are furnished with comfortable double beds and the third with practical bunk beds. This means that up to 6 people have enough space for a good night's sleep. A modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC provides additional comfort during your stay.
The holiday home also offers a beautiful garden surrounded by lush shrubs and a high level of privacy. There is a charcoal barbecue in the garden so that you can prepare delicious meals outdoors and enjoy cosy barbecue evenings. On the covered terrace with its spacious table and 6 comfortable chairs, you can enjoy your meals outdoors or simply take in the fresh air and the picturesque surroundings. A retractable awning provides pleasant shade on sunny days, while loungers invite you to relax and sunbathe.
Parking spaces are available for your vehicle directly in front of the house. The Wörthersee Card also entitles you to numerous discounts on leisure activities, sights and culinary experiences in the region.
In addition to the swimming pond, the holiday village also offers another attraction: minigolf! You can play a round of minigolf in the holiday village and have fun for the whole family. The area surrounding the house offers a variety of outdoor activities - from hiking and mountaineering to cycling. The Drau cycle path R1 runs right past the holiday village and is ideal for cyclists. The surrounding mountains and forests are also ideal for mountain bike tours and hikes.
Visit the beautiful Carinthian cities such as Klagenfurt or Villach and savour the culinary delights of the region. In the nearby restaurants you can try traditional dishes such as Carinthian Kasnudeln or Kärntner Reindling.
