「The hotel was nice, we had a nice room with an excellent view. Breakfast was well laid out and nice to sit outside by the pool area every morning. Staff very friendly and helpful and a gorgeous friendly dog too. The pool was excellent and well maintained. The addition of AC in the rooms was very welcome! Overall we had a great time there. We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance. 1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....
