「Split level room worked well for 3 adults. Golf carts were really helpful for getting to/from rooms to the pool and restaurant as our room was at the top of the hill. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was okay but repetitive and sometimes struggled to find something we liked. Was nice to have ice creams and drinks available all day.」

「I was worried about booking as the photos were all CGI and the hotel was newly extended / modified for this season but this hotel is incredible! Amazing food, service, a very high end all inclusive with wonderful pools, bar areas and great staff. It is very clean, has great amenities and so relaxing right on the sea. we had an amazing stay」

「This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It’s very tired and in need of a lot of investment. Our room was very spacious though we did book a duplex room and was very basic. Bathroom was reasonable but was in need of some repair works to tiling, door frames and even plumbing works as the toilet took around half a dozen flushes to clear and the shower can take up to 20 mins to push through any hot water. Clean bedding replaced regularly but don’t expect a thorough clean of your room, have a quick look...

「Vorweg: das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenso gefiel uns das Konzept und die Atmosphäre des Hotels sehr, quasi ein rundum sorglos Paket. Man hatte das Gefühl man müsse sich um nichts selber kümmern.. so sollte Urlaub aussehen. Die Hotelanlage und unser Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und auf einem modernen Stand (wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Swim-Up Pool). Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt haben wir dann dennoch: das doch etwas laute Abend / Musik & DJ - Programm zum Abend hin in der Lobby. Es...
